Contacted bofa today, told the credit analyst that I would like to have my account reviewed for graduation...she asked for income and rental expenses, put me on hold, came back and said congrats, you're account is eligible for graduation and a CLI of $1000....I was kinda disppointed for the increase as my husband received 2500...contacted them again this afternoon and 2 different csr's stated they could not use same inquiry fro this morning, stated they would have to do another hard pull for CLI request, told them I would just keep the $1000, so upsetting as I've read on here people are able to use the same hard pull...but anyways, finally graduated after 12 months mark, they didn't do it when my statement closed 2 wks ago that's why I decided to call them today!
