I decided to call up robolady for both BNY and Pottery Barn and she was nice enough to give me the following:
Potterybarn-$800 CLI. I've had the card 3 months and have not used it once. Original limit was $4,000. New limit is $4,800.
Barneys- $2000 CLI. I've had the card 5 months. Original limit was $1,000. I called Robolady after I got my card and she gave me an additional $2,000 back in November. I haven't called robolady since then, but decided to try today. Glad I did, new limit is $5,000.
Also of note, I received a gift card in the mail from Barneys because I'm a cardholder and they just opened a new Men's store here in San Francisco where I live. They said it was a surprise and it was an amount between $100-$500. I received $100 and I can use at any Barneys store or online. Not bad at all.. So happy I'm a cardholder :-)
