I opened the account 8/2015 with $300 deposit, I called today to one of the numbers found here and asked for early graduation.
They soft pulled TU. They graduated my account to unsecured, increased the limit to $900 and refunded my deposit to my checking acoount instantly. The new credit limit is already active 
Thanks to myfico forum community I would have never know this was even possible !!! Things are improving one month at a time
