Just randomly logged into my Cap One account and what do I see? A nice $2K increase. They are so darn random with their increases. This is the one I've had longest and I PC'ed about two months ago. I have another one that will sit and marinate, and I recently got the GMC one as well. Cap One was starting to annoy me, so I stopped utilizing the card a few months back. Seems like this is what works with them. I had heavy usage the past year and got nothing. Let it sit in a corner for a few months and "BAM!" a nice chunk increase.
