Since I have alot of comenity cards, I was not Accepting this Pre Approval since dec 2015. I am afraid if i add more accounts comenity may AA me. So i waited , and today accepted the pre approval,( nervous ) I am not sure if it resulted in hard pull... but will find out later today. I am surprised to have 13.99% apr. Limit is usual SL which comenity offers me. I am in the garden for last 4 mnths... no more apping for 6 more months.
