Burned Amex 10 years ago and been blacklisted since. I keep applying every few months and always auto-denied instantly. Tried again on Wednesday and got the 7-10 day thing. Got an email today saying I was approved for $4000, not sure about the APR yet. It's nice to be finally off that list!
