Data Point: PC from PRG to Plat @ 11.5 months

I had always heard you needed to wait 13 months to PC to a higher AF card with Amex.

Had the Plat in 2006, so wasn't eligible for any bonus. Saw the "Apply for Upgrade" button on their cards page. Clicked the button and went through the application and was approved.

I got my PRG on 5/26/15, so it was approximately 11.5 months old. Just wanted to share!
