I just received my 3rd cli from Discover for 2016. I hit the request button on Monday evening and got the 2 day review. I logged in to find a $3k increase. Total increases in 2016 of $10k!! Note: I have only used it for a couple restaurant charges this quarter.

Nov 2015 - Increase of $1.5k (declined initial $500 cli offer)
