After being approved for Penfed Promise on 5/12/16, denied personal loan on 5/13/16, approved auto refinance on 5/20/16, decided to try for another credit card. Application got stuck in the EQ frozen cycle. Called Penfed and told them they had report from 5/12/16. Application approved for 5k. I'll take it.
