A little ashamed I haven't kept my promise to wait until April...but I had one hell of a day. Been busy all week at work and another busy week coming up, lots of social events this weekend and the next couple of weekends, school assignments, and not to mention even on my days off I still spent a lot of time working remotely (8 hours yesterday, 3 hours today). Had a nice relaxing massage with DBF at a place about 45 minutes away, bit of a drive but it was a $30 per person Groupon and absolutely lovely! Felt so stress free for the rest of the day until 25 minutes on the way back towards home to get lunch...get the phone call that the woman forgot to give back my Discover IT 
did not want to spend almost an hour driving back, grabbing the card, then driving all the way home again, so I told the woman I would freeze then cancel the card so to please destroy it. Anxiously awaiting my re-issued Discover IT (3 - 7 business days), and it got me thinking that I don't have a really good general spend card.
Not a huge traveler, although I do have lots of travel expenses coming up this year (grad school capstone class in mississippi for 5 days, then spending the weekend in New Orleans, and also plan on sending my father down to Myrtle Beach for his 70th birthday to visit his brother), otherwise may have went for the CSP or some other travel rewards card. My car is still fairly young (28k and two years old in June), but boyfriend and I are fans of Chevy, so we can see ourselves getting an SUV (for me) and/or truck (for him) sometime in the future. Might as well earn as much as I can and save up for a downpayment, no? I'm content with sitting on rewards like that for a while if it means maximizing my return.
Approved for $7500, 16.15%. Pre-approvals for Venture and Quicksilver had me at the lowest rate for their cards, but guess since it's a cobrand their underwriting may be a little different. Wish I had a chance to optimize my reports as well, but it is what it is. Still happy with my results and can always CLI at a future date. 5% overall utilization, 8/4/4 total inquiries over the last two years for EX/EQ/TU, with 5 out of 11 cards reporting a balance.
