so I got 2 Amex about 8 weeks ago. On the 23rd it's my 61 days. So I called in to get the 3x increase that everyone is talking about. I got it for the BCP to 36k and was denied for my BCE which is still at 18k but I'm happy from no line with Amex to 54k with them and I also have a green card with them too. With the green card I tried playing with the "check spending power". I tried for 10k was approved. I tried for 25k was declined. I tried for 20k and a message pop up saying to prevent fraud to ur account please call number on back of card. So I called and the rep was doing the check spending limit and she said I can charge up to 18k and she explains to me that any amount I charge on the green card needs to be paid in full.
