Back on March 23 I activated my new bce card and tried to cli upon activation was denied account to new. So yesterday may 25 I was feeling a little itch to try for a cli again tried the online luv button got the 7-10 day message then 5 mins later got an email to call in to CS. I called CS rep told me I was denied because I had already tried for a cli in the last 60 days or something. For some reason I thought the first one wouldn't count lol. Supposed to wait 90 days I think. Since I have had the the card I always PIF before the statement cuts so every statement has been 0 dollars. Before the call was over the rep said she would push the request to the underwriting department for me and to call back in 48 hours for a decision. I only checked the account once today nothing had changed. Then about 20 mins ago I logged in though the app and boom 1200 to 3600 cli. I didn't receive a email or phone call nothing. I am loving American Express. I don't know if it was a hard or soft pull yet. Hopefully it was a soft pull. I would like to thank everyone in the forum once again I will continue to share my experiences just as all of you have helped me.
