So I applied for the AARP card (05/21) two days after my Ritz approval. As usual with all my Chase apps, I got the further review message. Called Verification couple days later and was told the application was being handled by Lending. Dear ol' robo lady on the other hand kept giving me the 2 weeks message. Funny thing was everytime I called verification they tried to transfer me to lending and I always hung up. Well today I decided to give it another try, but rather than transfer me as I expected, the rep asked if I applied for the card and sent a code to my fone to read it back. Verified code and got instantly approved for $5k. This is officially my 5th Chase card and the sweetest part is I got that and the Ritz for only one HP on EX!!! Image may be NSFW.
