So, tomorrow is my exopiration of the last hard pull done for credit products (90 days from last pull) so im not sure if this really counts as stepping outside the garden, as there was no new HP (or even SP), but I paid down a good bit of my BTs on the account, was at $22k -- asked for a CLI online, ans BOOM! $30,000 !!!! PEnFed is ridiculously amazing -- for me, puts NFCU to SHAME !!!! Now mind you, income is good, plus they let me use my domestic partner's income since we live together, and my auto loan is paid ahead 6 months (why not at 2% interest!), and I make 2-3 payments per month on credit card.
I have recommended all of my family and friends to PenFed, they have done me right in just 5-6 months time. My goal is to hit $50k in the next year or so 
but wont take a HP for it until my GARDENING is over
