I still can't believe Amazon gave me a CC back in Dec but today was the best shock of my life. I was going by other posters about getting CLI increases with Synchrony and hoping that my scores were close to what CK says they are. So I hopped online with chat and asked if I could get a CLI, she asked me how much, I said 10K (go for it right? LOL) well she appologizes and says she can only give me 5K...what???? YES PLEASE!!!
I had OK credit years ago but never had a unsecured CC before. Me and the ex split and everything went south. I've been dragging around this bad debt (forclosure, car repo, you name it) for so long. I had no way to pay all it off by myself with my limted income and he didn't care if his credit got ruined :/
