Synchrony FINALLY likes me!!!!! And Cap1, too!

When I first started my rebuild, my philosophy was to start with a couple regular cards and a few store cards from stores that I frequently go to - unfortunately, the stores I typically go to all have cards through Synchrony and I wouldn't get approved. Last night, however, I went on Amazon to price a new cord for my laptop (my cat was very gallantly trying to protect me from "a snake") and figured, "eh...I haven't had any inquiries for a few months, I'm going to try it just for the heck of it", and much to my surprise, I got the APPROVED screen!! It's not the biggest SCL ever - $800, but considering I had been denied on three previous occasions, I will take it!!! Once I got this approval, I immediately hopped on over to Walmart, who had also always denied me, and again got APPROVED! This limit is quite meager at $300, but considering Synchrony wouldn't take a shot at me before, I'm not going to be picky. I am confident that I can make these CLs grow! Image may be NSFW.

My next Synch goal is the Marvel Mastercard!

This all comes at the heels of a $400 CLI on my Q1, prior to my CreditSteps increase coming up at the end of August, and a mail offer from Capital One for the BuyPower Mastercard - which I hesitantly applied for and was approved for a SL of $300. Again, these are all baby steps, but I am viewing from the perspective that, obviously, Cap1 must like what they are seeing from me with their Q1 and Kohls cards. Image may be NSFW.

On a related note, if anyone has any experience with any of these cards and knows any tricks on making them grow more quickly, or if there are things to watch for (I've never dealt with Synchrony), I would appreciate it.
