So I applied on Saturday after seeing a tip from another poster. It arrived today via UPS Express Mail. I didnt ask for expedited service, yet here it is. Today is only Tuesday... Approved, card printed, and in my hands...3 days. Amazing. So yeah, I'm impressed.
