NFCU Loves me!

So, after being declined for a Cash Rewards Visa on 7/26, NFCU sends me a preapproved offer for the exact same card yesterday. I figured, what the heck? Maybe the offer code means something. So, I used the offer code, and apped again.. BAM! $5000 SL @14.9%. My highest SL ever!   Even though I do NOT understand their logic, they are AWESOME
