Not only did I get my shiny new BCP today (PC'd from BCE), but Amex finally let me out of the $1,000 CL purgatory! Approved 3x CLI on my BCP to $3,000
Took exactly a year, odd, when I submitted I got an error message to try again later but then I went back to home page and saw increased limit.
