Yesterday I was so upset with Citi that I closed my $1,000 Best Buy visa. I had asked for a small $500 CLI and was declined because my 13% util was too high (confused by that lol). Started with that $1,000 limit. Fast forward to this morning...
Since I always get gas and shop at Costco a lot, and the 4% on gas is a great cash back incentive, I decided to apply for the visa. I was very pleasantly surprised to be approved for a $5,500 SL.
EX FICO is 686 with 1 6+ yr old med. collection. Not sure inq. but positive it's less than 6 in last 12 months.

Since my bday last month, I've added Delta AmEx ($2,000 temp. limit), Barclay JetBlue ($11,000), USAA cash back Visa ($2,000), CareCredit ($2,400), and now Costco, bringing my total CLs to $45,500.
