Citi Double Cash Approved!

in 2007 i owed Citibank about $6,800 and never paid them, a Collection agency still sends me letters sometimes trying to do a Settlement but i don't respond, August 9 i applied for the Citi Double Cash and it went to review, they pulled EQ where i have 43 Hard Inquiries and i just received an email saying, Congratulations you were approved a credit line of $3,000 ,This time i'm planning to treat their Citi Credit Card right
