After receiving multiple offers from Bank of America over the last few months, a lot more after getting a new auto loan through them in June. I caved on the Cash Rewards Card with 0% for 15months on Purchases and Balance Transfers with a regular APR of 15.24% (variable). I applied online and was instantly approved... but for only $2500.
I'm happy about the approval but I've been with BofA for 5+ years and this would be one of my lowest credit lines. Any thoughts on trying to RECON my starting line?
Not sure who they pulled but pretty sure it was Experian (from the info on the forum). I'd like to get something in the $8K-$10K range so I could close my crappy Comenity cards without to much of an impact on my utilization.
