I jumped out of the garden. I was there for the last 10 months. I called the customer service number on back of my WF credit card. I asked for a CLI but only if it is a soft pull. I was aksed how much increase am I looking for. I had $6000 limit on the card and have not used it much in the last year. It has been open exactly 24 months. I asked to make it $10k, an increase of $4k. After a few questions about income I was approved!
I have been with the bank since 2000 and my car loan is with the bank. My overall credit utilization is less than 1%. Good Luck all.
