February 17, 2016. Woke up to check posting of Insurance bill, as it should on the 17th. USAA gave me a $1k CLI. Limit now $2k.
No alerts, no notices, no messages. So confused. I'm worthy of a CLI on my Classic, but not a graduation. Ok. Whatev's. UTL is better now. That works for me.
