So we are switching CU. after much debate, reading, messaging myfico members, we stopped at sdfcu and penfed. We decided to use both. Both have some great benefits.
I started with SDFCU as there is a co-op branch right by the house. My DW deals mostly in cash. Opened up shared savings, applied for my loan, approved.
We then opened up a checking, savings, and applied for the promise. All approved.
Promise was approved for 5k @ 13.24.
Slowly we're gonna move our personal LOC, and car stuff over to penfed. We are able to use the same account and not forced to have separate accounts like our current CU.
OH and did I mention.
PENFED PROMISE APPROVED!!!
