I have banked with PNC (started with National City) for 8 years. Decided to apply for there Cashbuilder Credit Card to use with my Virtual Wallet account. I was worried bc I had a Chargeoff in 2009 for A Secured Card in my younger dumb days AND my scores aren't that fantastic but too my surprise I was instantly approved for $3K! Off to the garden fir a long time!
