Just want to share coz I have been wanting this card and with the others high SL approval. I can't resist the itch so I apped! Approved for $10,000. I thought I get denied coz I tried their preapproval site and I always get Recommendations and No Congratulations. Was really surprised I was approved 
. Thanks also for the information in this forum that gave me the courage to app .
Quick question: Can you Recon for a higher SL like $20K with Capital one after approval?
