These last few months, Citi and Barclay have both decided to start sending me mail. I've been officially gardening since May 2015. I'm determined to garden for 1 year and see what my scores are like. I feel like I'm in some kind of credit score purgatory at the moment just shy of my goals.
Cap 1 Quicksilver- My first credit card when I decided to start rebuilding, opened fall 2014. The only usage it gets is my monthly power bill, so I wasn't overly optimistic. $2k increase
Discover It- Opened May 2015. I've been working on paying off before my 0% runs out, so it's also not seeing much use, but was hoping for a $1k increase to get util. down to 10% on the card. $4k increase. My limit on this card is way more than I would ever need, so I'm probably done with the LUV button. I don't want it to backfire.
AmEx EDC- Opened January 2015. Grocery and gas card when it's not a 5% category elsewhere. I regret not asking for more, this is the first time I've tried to get some LUV. $3k increase
I wish BOA would give me an auto-CLI. It's my lowest limit card, but I'm not sure it's worth the HP for an increase. Chase was nice enough to give me a surprise CLI and doubled my limit right after my Discover It started reporting. I'm pretty sure that wasn't a coincidence.
