I had discover card since April of 2015. It first stated out with 800 SL then they drop me to 500 now I'm back to 800. I'm I not in the 700s I'm like 660fico with 100% payment, 0 negative and 35% utilization. I can understand not giving me a large amount but 800. I'm getting emotional about this and in going to pay them off and then shred the card, not close but destroy. When ever my score goes up to what they want and they are ready to stop treating me like a 25yr old I'll order a card. I'm 45 yr old that has never filed bankruptcy or had a discover. I did have AE in college about 20 yrs ago like I said I'm very emotional about this.
