So, I haven't been using the card since Dec 2015 because they seemed to keep me limited to $11K for no reason and had even called CS before a couple of times. I was getting the run around of "your profile at this time yada yada yada. Sorry we can't give you a reason why...." message from them. I stumbled upon a couple of threads today though listing a foreign CS phone number in which there were several positive posts about the CSR's in this particular call center granting / countering on CLI's unlike the US based CC. So, since 3/2015 I've been hitting the button online and every time getting the same BS "you'll get a letter in 7-10 days" message with the same CL listed on it.
So, if you have Stynchrony accounts and your profile supports higher limits but you've been getting the run around here's the number to call to bypass all of the BS:

I asked for $30K and they countered with $25K w/o providing POI documentation to go higher. I guess they'll send a letter stating why they had to counter instead of matching AMEX / Disc / JFCU limits.
