Last week I applied for a PlayStation visa and was approved for $300 which is low compared to the $2,000 and $2,300 credit lines I have on my other 2 Cap1 cards but was at least an approval. Applied for the apple visa that night and was turned down due to too many recent inquiries and was also denied for chase freedom. I checked credit karma today and the Barclay Rewards came up as fair so decided to apply and was approved for $500. I am wondering what Barclay likes to see if they like higher usage multiple payments or if I should charge little amounts and PIF monthly to maximize increases down the road? All in all pretty happy to get my foot in the door with Barclay.
