weird i had a bankrate alert today blah blah blah, saying my score went down a few points. Said my SYN card was closed, but i lost card a few months ago, and got a new acct and card then. Just went to check on status, and i used the chat feature to double check on status on account. While i was at it i asked for an increase. Went big, scores around 660. They kept asking how much, i gave in , not knowing what to shoot for, Asked for 10k they seemed worried. Came back at 5k, i said Ok sounds nice. Filled out chat survey, you never know right?>
